Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange, California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happy dad Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the ups to the downs. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my parents and brother at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my story. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future I set out to succeed and make my parents proud. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university, get a job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. My goal was to attend college, graduate and get a corporate job. Then I'd get married, buy a house and start a family. Life had other ideas. Money and the prestige of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I began to discover that personal training was my passion. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being with people and help those around me. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. In this field it is not a lot of Asian females. To be a leader in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and objectives. Also, I want people to feel empowered to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire in their life. While my career was taking off, I lost my mother. This loss is the worst of everything. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us exactly what we need even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in the time. There are many ways that my mother's passing changed me. I truly believe she provided me with another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to transition to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now rather than merely living as I was in my past. The purpose of sharing my experience is to inform you that you're not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. I pray that you live your the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all that we have to be confident about in this life.
